Drum, drum, drum, drum.
Do you know what that is? That's the sound of my fingers ,tapping on the arm of the couch, waiting to get stuck into seaming and then sewing in all those ends that belong to Tipsy. Now I remember one of the reasons I'm not so keen on cotton, the damn length of time it takes to dry! Maybe tomorrow.......
As I wait (un)patiently, I have photographed my next-to-tackle unfinished item. I have already realised a major set back. I do not think I have enough wool. SHRIEK !!! The dilema now is, do I riiiiiiippp all those bobbles out and start something new? Or do I put a plea out to all you yarnheads in the hope that someone might have the right dye lot in their stash? I think I'll go with the plea first and take it from there. That's watcha get for being a lazy Mare and not finishing off what ya started.
I'm sure the cardigan is Bunny from Rowan Mag ?? (I'll check and add later)
I'm looking for
Rowan 4ply Cotton
Shade 115 Lot 15E2
If anyone out there can help me, I'd be eternally grateful. Yours with fingers crossed, Me
I'm off to make some Jam with the strawberries Leigh and I picked this morning at Boghall Farm, just outside Thornhill. I could live in the country you know, well apart from the coo poo smell...arghh! That would do my diet wonders because I just wouldn't eat the minute that guff reached my outer nostrils... bleugh!
